Licensed since 1989, I've worked on virtually every type of transaction you can imagine.  For the last several years I've been working in the Title & Escrow side of real estate, but I've decided to return to working as a Broker because it's what truly drives me.

Because I've handled many hundreds of real estate transactions and the mistakes I've made along the way have taught me how to not make mistakes now. You don't have to pay for my training, you don't have to risk a lot of money or the possibility of getting sued, because I have the experience & expertise to guide you through buying or selling any type of real estate and protect you in the process. I'm not just out to make a sale, I'm here using what I've learned over decades in the real estate business to ensure you have all the information you need.  When you buy or sell real estate all decisions regarding that transaction are yours to make, but you need somebody on your side to advise you to make sure you are really making the absolute best decision for you.  

Nobody really knows what's going to happen as the market changes, but I've seen several real estate market cycles in my long career as a Real Estate Broker and that experience protects my clients from costly mistakes.  I'm here to represent you, when I understand your needs there is nobody better to have on your side.
